Xexec started in the UK about 15 years ago with an initial focus on online discounts and concierge products. Since then it’s made a pivot into an employee recognition and engagement platform as well.
However, that doesn’t mean it’s lost focus on the client interaction aspect of the experience with the platform also touting its customer loyalty aspect of the product suite.
Xexec reward and recognition program reviews on Capterra consist of only 9 reviews. Despite the relatively low number, it’s rated as 4.6 stars (out of 5) with one review saying it was an “excellent experience” using the SaaS product.
Xexec employee discounts platform reviews are slightly higher on G2 Crowd and FeaturedCustomers.com. The platform received an average rating of 4.7 spread across these two sites. Xexec doesn’t list pricing on its site, so it’s not possible to say whether it’s cheaper than competing products.
A worthy alternative to Xexec is Bucketlist, an employee recognition and rewards product that has a similar goal of boosting internal culture and staff happiness.
