When Anne Hewitt, Assistant Vice President of Retail Services at UT Federal Credit Union, first joined the team, she was impressed that the company had a focus on strengthening culture through recognition.
This was short lived when she realized that she was the person having to do the manual process of receiving little slips of white paper and tracking points and recognition across the state.
Anne jumped on Google, found Bucketlist, and launched the automated online platform in December 2019.
Bridge the Distance
Spread throughout Tennessee, the team at UT Federal Credit Union wanted a way to acknowledge each other and bring in those who aren’t in the central market so everyone feels like they’re part of the team.
“Now we can recognize each other and see it as a group, in live time, and not just between you and the person recognizing you.” said Anne Hewitt.
They have also found the platform is a great way to keep in touch with colleagues since they started working from home and not seeing each other daily.
