I’ve worked at Bucketlist Rewards longer than any other job I’ve had in my career, by nearly double, for a bunch of great reasons.  I’ve had more fun and learned more than I’d ever anticipated. I started in an entry level sales position, but had the chance to wear many hats during our early stage startup years.  It was during that time that the amazing culture of the organization really took shape. 

Fast forward to today, and it’s a company made up of amazing humans. I’m both proud to have helped shape it, and consider it an honor and privilege to continue to work here.  I learn more everyday, and am supported both personally and professionally by Bucketlist and its leadership. It’s hard to find work that’s as challenging and rewarding as what I’ve found here as part of the Bucketlist team. I couldn’t be more excited to have the chance to help take the business into the next stages of its success.

Bucketlist has a great culture of sharing knowledge, and there are naturally so many opportunities to get involved here. In my role here, I have had the chance to learn so much. Beyond just advancing my coding skills, I got involved with devops, implemented pipelines, automated end-to-end tests, hosted retrospectives, and much more. We have a great product that I love working on, and that we use internally to recognize each other. It’s always more fun when you care about the product you’re working on.

Bucketlist is an awesome place to work. From the mission of the platform to the team behind the technology, it’s the kind of work you can feel good about being part of. The team is full of smart and thoughtful people who like to have fun, which makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. Leadership is kind, steady, and has a clear vision for the future. What I appreciate most is that we truly practice what we preach; recognition is a real part of our day-to-day culture, not just something we talk about externally.
