Bucketlist CEO Joins the ADP Marketplace Partner Advisory Board

We’re excited to share that our CEO, Jason Lindstrom, has joined the ADP Marketplace Partner Advisory Board (PAB)—a select group of partner leaders who collaborate with ADP to shape the Marketplace roadmap and strengthen value for shared customers. Similar appointments have highlighted how the PAB brings partners and ADP leadership together to influence what gets built next.

What the Partner Advisory Board is—and why it matters

The PAB meets with ADP leaders to discuss priorities, pilot new features, and share insights that inform strategic planning for the Marketplace. In practice, that means elevating the voice of partners and customers and translating real-world needs into product direction. This “partners-at-the-table” model is designed to accelerate practical improvements—especially around integrations and workflows that reduce admin effort for HR and payroll teams.

What this means for ADP + Bucketlist customers

For customers using Bucketlist with ADP, the PAB seat helps us:

  • Bring frontline feedback directly into ADP Marketplace discussions (what’s working, what’s missing, what should be automated next).
  • Prioritize deeper, smoother ADP Workforce Now® connections that make recognition easier to launch, manage, and measure.
  • Accelerate pilots that improve data sync, automation, and reporting—so HR teams spend less time on manual updates and more time on culture-building.

A quick look at our ADP integration today

Bucketlist integrates with ADP Workforce Now® to keep employee data current in Bucketlist and make onboarding fast—no more manual CSVs. Our connector supports automatic user syncing and can help simplify downstream payroll reporting for taxable rewards (especially useful in complex environments like healthcare). You’ll also find editions that scale from small business to enterprise on ADP Marketplace.

We expanded our presence by going live in the ADP US Marketplace, building on our long-standing work with ADP customers and partners.

For teams in healthcare, our platform is built to integrate with HRIS (including ADP) and support payroll alignment for recognition—reducing manual work, automating milestone events (like service anniversaries), and helping track taxable benefits for compliance.

A word from Jason

“Recognition works when it’s effortless and consistent. Joining the ADP Marketplace Partner Advisory Board lets us learn directly from ADP leaders and partners, then bring those insights back to our roadmap—so recognition becomes easier, more meaningful, and measurable for every ADP customer.” — Jason Lindstrom, CEO, Bucketlist Rewards

What’s next

Over the coming quarters, we’ll use this seat to co-create with ADP and fellow partners—testing improvements that:

  • Tighten data sync and user management
  • Automate more recognition moments tied to HRIS events
  • Make reporting and payroll handling for rewards even smoother

If you’re an ADP customer and want to share feedback or join a pilot, we’d love to hear from you.
